What this trade section is about
For the foreseeable future tourism needs to pivot itself into the domestic market. Well that easier said than done for the most of us. This part of the site is here to assist that process free of charge with zero commission and is my part in assisting the tourism recovery process. I hate the idea that so many jobs are being lost and that so many great reasons to visit South Africa are going under.

Still in Development
We have created a destination marketing platform and are looking for champions from all the different destinations in South Africa.
The way this works is that we setup an automated email series where we create awareness of the destinations. If you can write well and have an intimate knowledge of your destination then use this tool to firstly promote your destination and secondly to get more exposure for your own products & services.
The travel club is all about creating a domestic source market. Consumers buy membership cards which entitle them to your offers. Cards are only R125 a year. Tourism operators can offer anything to be part of the club offerings. A free bottle of wine at check in, a 50% discount off an activity or anything else you can think of.

“GoSouthAfrica.co.za is having an positive impact to my tourism business Antbear Lodge. We regularly take part in the competition giveaways which create us very good returns of leads. The destination marketing is still to new to really know but we took in 17 bookings in Oct/Nov that can be directly attributed to the Drakensberg survey. I have high hopes for the referral/loyalty program. The biggest benefit is the collaborative support we have recieved through GoSouthAfrica as we slowly climb out of this crisis on the back of the domestic market.”
